At Harmans Water we use lots of positive rewards to promote good behaviour. In Year 1 children earn smilies which are recorded on the board. Two smilies earns the children a stamp in their reward card, and six stamps a prize! Each class also has their own class smilies and when they have collected enough the children are rewared as a class.
As well as this we choose one child in each class to be our Pupil Of the Week. Every week we send a postcard home to one of the children who have tried really hard at school.
